I hereby agree to the professional fees quoted to me at the time of booking, for the agreed upon pet-sitting dates, to be paid in full at the time of booking unless agreed upon otherwise.

I understand and agree to the following cancellation policies: *

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded at the discretion of Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services. Cancellations make with 72 hours notice may be eligible to receive a 50% refund, while cancellation with 7 or more days notice will be eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations may be rescheduled in lieu of refund provided there is more than 48 hours notice.

I hereby agree: *

Beyond Dog is authorized to provide pet-sitting services as outlined, during the agreed upon period of arrangement. Beyond Dog agrees to provide these services in a professional manner, and to provide any of the pets in the home with force-free, compassionate, ethical care lending to the well-being of the animals.
Should an emergency situation arise, Client authorizes Beyond Dog to seek emergency Veterinary care in their absence, with release from liability from transportation, treatment, and expenses directly related to the Veterinary care. Client authorizes Beyond Dog to make any medical decisions (excluding euthanasia) regarding treatment as per the advice of the Veterinarian, should the Client be unreachable. The Client agrees to cover and/or reimburse these fees to Beyond Dog, as well as any additional incurred expenses.

I understand and hereby agree: *

Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services will not, at any point, ever release your personal information, yours keys/lock code, to any persons/representatives that are not Client directly or the agreed upon Sitter (employee of Beyond Dog).

I, the Client, agree that: *

I, the Client, agree that I, my/our heirs, assignees and legal representatives hereby waive any right of action I may have had or may in the future lodge against Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services, staff, volunteers, or agents acting under employment of Beyond Dog. I/We Client forever release Beyond Dog from any and all liability and demands which I/We Client, and my/our heirs, assignees, and legal representatives may have or may hereafter have for injury or damage to our dog(s), and assume all risks thereof. Client and Beyond Dog hereby agree to mediate and/or arbitrate any misunderstanding that may arise pursuant to the terms contained herein. This Service Agreement for Pet Sitting Services supersedes all other agreements, written or oral, previously made between Client and Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services.
