I agree to forgo the use of any tools, equipment, or training methods not directly approved by Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services, the Alberta Force Free Alliance (henceforth referred to as AFFA), and The Pet Professional Guild (henceforth referred to as PPG). I agree that the use of conflicting tools, equipment or training methods may create confusion for the dog, and undermine any success of training being provided by Beyond Dog. Should Client be found utilizing any such tools, equipment or methods, whether outside of sessions with Beyond Dog, or with another trainers classes which are not approved by AFFA or PPG, will be grounds for termination of contract, without refund. I agree that should the safety of the dog, or a Beyond Dog representative be in question, it will be grounds for termination of contract, without refund. I agree that should any person/s (Client or associated) act abusively (verbal or otherwise), towards any Beyond Dog representative, it will be grounds for termination of contract, without refund. All training packages expire six months after purchase.

I agree that all payments will be made, in full, at the time of booking, via cash, or e-transfer as determined by Client. Any services not paid for 24 hours prior to a first session, will need to reschedule when they have paid for the services. Cancellation, "no shows", or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded at the discretion of Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services, and will be counted as one session. We understand “life happens” and may make exceptions in extenuating circumstances. We understand “life happens” and may make exceptions in extenuating circumstances. Any training packages that have already begun will not be refunded. There will be absolutely no refunds for completed services, services that have begun, client cancellations or "no shows", client's failure to complete the service contract within the designated time frame, client's termination of services, or for termination of the contract by Beyond Dog for any reason listed within our Termination, Agreement and Waiver policies. Walk & Train and Private Training packages will not receive refunds after services have begun, or for services that haven't been used within 90 days. Credit may be offered, or a client may choose to donate unused sessions to someone in need.

Training Services Agreement *

I hereby have read and agree with the following Training Services Agreement and Waiver *

I understand that Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services will work directly with me and my pet to impart contemporary animal behavior knowledge that best fits our needs, and that successful companion pet programs depend on a combination of learned skills on the part of the pet and the owner. Behavior is not static; an animal will not continue to perform even trained behaviors without ongoing practice. Especially in cases involving any type of aggression, although behavior may be modified, the dog is never considered "cured". A pet's behavior is ultimately the owner's responsibility. Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services will make every reasonable effort to help us attain goals but make no guarantees of performance on the part of Client or pet as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultation.

Client acknowledges that obedience training/behavior modification may be an activity in which damage or injury to dog(s) and/or person may occur. Client will assume full financial/moral responsibility for the actions of their dog(s). Client further acknowledges that dog(s) may be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions which include, but are not limited to, vehicular travel, interactions with people and other animals, exposure to weather, and exposure to areas with crowds and various types of traffic.

I, the Client, agree that I, my/our heirs, assignees and legal representatives hereby waive any right of action I may have had or may in the future lodge against Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services, staff, volunteers, or agents acting under employment of Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services or not. I/We Client, forever release Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services from any and all liability and demands which I/We Client, and my/our heirs, assignees, and legal representatives may have or may hereafter have for injury or damage to or by dog(s), and assume all risks thereof. This Training Services Agreement supersedes all other agreements, written or oral, previously made between Client and Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services.
