Please note that Beyond Dog is a FORCE-FREE, reward-based company that will not use corrective equipment. In the instance that you utilize corrective equipment for dog walks, we will bring our own harness and leash for dog walks.

I agree that all payments will be made, in full, at the time of booking, via cash, or e-transfer as determined by Client. Cancellation, "no shows", or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded at the discretion of Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services, and will be counted as one session. We understand “life happens” and may make exceptions in extenuating circumstances. Any dog walking packages that have already begun, may not be refunded, unless otherwise depicted at the discretion of Beyond Dog. Any packages not completed within a six month period from the time purchased, will be considered expired, lest there be "extenuating circumstances" as determined by Beyond Dog.

I agree to the below Termination Clauses:

I agree to forgo the use of any tools, equipment, or training methods not directly approved by Beyond Dog Training and Pet Services, the Alberta Force Free Alliance (henceforth referred to as AFFA), and The Pet Professional Guild (henceforth referred to as PPG). I agree that the use of conflicting tools, equipment or training methods may create confusion for the dog, and undermine any success of training being provided by Beyond Dog. Should Client be found utilizing any such tools, equipment or methods, whether outside of sessions with Beyond Dog, or with another trainers classes which are not approved by AFFA or PPG, will be grounds for termination of contract, without refund. I agree that should the safety of the dog, or a Beyond Dog representative be in question, it will be grounds for termination of contract, without refund. I agree that should any person/s (Client or associated) act abusively (verbal or otherwise), towards any Beyond Dog representative, it will be grounds for termination of contract, without refund.

I understand and agree that prices may be subject to change without notice. I understand that Beyond Dog training and canine services will work directly with me and my pet to impart contemporary animal behavior knowledge that best fits our needs, and that successful companion pet programs depend on a combination of learned skills on the part of the pet and the owner. Behavior is not static; an animal will not continue to perform even trained behaviors without ongoing practice. Especially in cases involving any type of aggression, although behavior may be modified, the dog is never considered "cured". A pet's behavior is ultimately the owner's responsibility. Beyond Dog training and canine services will make every reasonable effort to help us attain goals but make no guarantees of performance on the part of Client or pet as a result of providing professional animal behavior consultation.

Client acknowledges that obedience training/behavior modification may be an activity in which damage or injury to dog(s) and/or person may occur. Client will assume full financial/moral responsibility for the actions of their dog(s). Client further acknowledges that dog(s) may be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions which include, but are not limited to, vehicular travel, interactions with people and other animals, exposure to weather, and exposure to areas with crowds and various types of traffic.

I, the Client, agree that I, my/our heirs, assignees and legal representatives hereby waive any right of action I may have had or may in the future lodge against Beyond Dog training and canine services, staff, volunteers, or agents acting under employment of Beyond Dog training and canine services or not. I/We Client, forever release Beyond Dog training and canine services from any and all liability and demands which I/We Client, and my/our heirs, assignees, and legal representatives may have or may hereafter have for injury or damage to or by dog(s), and assume all risks thereof. This Training Services Agreement supersedes all other agreements, written or oral, previously made between Client and Beyond Dog training and canine services.
